Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following application and certification process:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background and credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • View our background and credit check requirements here
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to your participation.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the ability to work at your own pace and schedule.

Technology Needed for Success

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to have access to the following technology:

  • A reliable computer or laptop, with a strong internet connection
  • A headset or earpiece, with a microphone and speaker
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace, with minimal distractions
  • A strong understanding of computer software and systems, including CRM and other call center systems
