Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative on our Turbo Tax team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work from home, using your own PC and high-speed internet connection, and will be required to have a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service to Turbo Tax clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge of Turbo Tax products and services to answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • One year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or remote work environment)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Turbo Tax or other tax preparation software

  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Experience in a remote work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
