Job Summary

As a Remote Social Media Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging consumers on arenaflex's various social media properties, providing pre-purchase guidance, offering post-purchase support, and interacting with customers through multiple channels. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive brand loyalty, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers on arenaflex's social media properties, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Provide pre-purchase guidance and support to customers through social media, email, chat, ratings and reviews, brand answers, and social messaging
  • Offer post-purchase support and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, customer service) preferred
