Virtual Live or Tele Chat Support Representative – Empowering Customer Success at arenaflex

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Virtual Live or Tele Chat Support Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and telephone interactions, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely information, and resolving complex issues with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Live or Tele Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert-level support to customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or telephone support environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
