Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Live Chat & Help Center Setup Specialist with Intercom expertise to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for setting up and integrating Intercom, our live chat and customer support tool, with our website. You'll also be tasked with building out a comprehensive Help Center/FAQ section for our clients, ensuring that our brand design and tone are consistently represented throughout. Key Responsibilities

* Set up Intercom (chat widget, support inbox, automation flows, etc.) to provide seamless live chat and support experiences for our clients

  • Integrate Intercom with our website (Webflow/WordPress) to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Match our brand design and tone to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Organize and build the FAQ/help center within Intercom, ensuring that our clients have easy access to the information they need
  • Add automations to reduce repetitive support queries and improve overall efficiency
  • Optional: Help format FAQ content (we'll provide the core material) to ensure that our clients have a clear and concise understanding of our services and policies

Ideal Experience

* You've set up Intercom or similar systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Tidio, etc.) and have a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations

  • You know how to structure an FAQ for fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce, ensuring that it's clear, concise, and easy to navigate
  • Bonus: Experience working with prop firms, brokerages, or trading platforms is a plus, as you'll have a deeper understanding of the industry and its unique challenges
