Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and success. With a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business issues and develop data-driven recommendations to address them.
Responsibilities
As a data analyst at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and success
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify key trends and patterns
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key business issues and develop data-driven recommendations
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Working in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Four-year degree in data science, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or operations research
- Five (3) years of work experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Python, R, SQL, and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with SAFE Spry or other data analysis software
- Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience working with large data sets and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
