Available Roles
We are currently hiring for two exciting roles:
- Customer Support Agent: As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Content Moderator: As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure that it meets our company's standards and guidelines.
Position Details
* Languages Required: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2)
- Locations: Bulgaria, Portugal, Greece (including remote options)
- Contract Type: Permanent with full benefits, including medical insurance
- Relocation Support: Provided (flight and accommodation support in most locations)
- Salary: Around 2000 euro/month, bonuses available

Essential Qualifications
* Language Skills: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. communications, customer service, or a related field)
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or content moderation
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role: Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g. customer service or moderation certifications) are a plus.
- Language skills: Proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, or German) is an asset.
