Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
• Working variable hours to match customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who possess:

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and oral fluency)
• Experience working with a computer and navigating software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Friendly and customer-focused approach in every situation
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and technologies
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
