Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with their orders and inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and friendly responses via online chat, helping customers track their orders, resolve payment issues, and answer product-related questions. You'll also have the opportunity to suggest suitable products, process returns or exchanges, and offer assistance with account-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers with tracking their orders, resolving payment issues, and answering product-related questions
• Suggest suitable products to customers based on their interests and preferences
• Process returns or exchanges, and assist with account-related matters

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
