Paralegal (Entry Level)
Consilio LLC is a prominent mid-sized law firm seeking an Entry-Level International Trade Paralegal to join their dynamic International Trade Group in Washington, D.C. The role involves representing foreign-based clients and U.S. importers in matters before various U.S. agencies and courts, while managing trade-related filings and client case documentation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor filings of trade-related actions in U.S. agencies and international jurisdictions
- Conduct online and in-person filings with U.S. government agencies and Federal Courts
- Draft and file routine applications and transmittal letters
- Track and review public files at agencies and courts
- Research and follow trade-related news, trends, and proceedings
- Maintain client case files and docketing calendars
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.7
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to commit for at least 2 years
- Resume or CV
- Undergraduate transcripts (official or unofficial)
- Writing sample (max 5 pages; any academic subject welcome)
