Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assisting customers with account management, product inquiries, and service requests.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
