Job Summary

As a Quality Control & Data Entry Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our customer support team's work. You'll work closely with our Support Center Team to double-check work orders, run reports for management, and assist franchise owners with administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Double-check quality of work orders to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Run reports for management to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Assist franchise owners with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Utilize online software to manage details and streamline processes
  • Collaborate with the Support Center Team to provide exceptional customer support
  • Answer questions for support reps to ensure consistency and improve customer satisfaction
  • Support salespeople in the field nationwide to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Participate in regular meetings and training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as quality control, data entry, or customer support
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in online software and technology, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

* Experience working in a franchise or customer-facing environment
