Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

Application and Certification Process
To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.
Availability
As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. However, client call availability will vary and is subject to change. Generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
