Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. arenaflex offers a range of programs with varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become a Virtual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Availability and Scheduling

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work from anywhere. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients. The more you service, the higher your earning potential!
