Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with multiple clients throughout the day, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client interactions and sales performance

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
