Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products or services
  • Building strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Conducting routine customer service calls
  • Researching and resolving customer inquiries to customer satisfaction
  • Upholding high customer service standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintaining client customer service and satisfaction standards in all customer contacts
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through customer interaction and appropriate product delivery
  • Supporting multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
  • Providing training to customers on arenaflex programs and web tools
  • Soliciting customer feedback to improve service
  • Encouraging resolution to customer complaints
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by answering the day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
  • Ensuring resolution of customer issues
  • Handling all customer complaints immediately and resolving to the customer's satisfaction
  • Representing the company in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service
  • Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a sales environment

  • Knowledge of sales and customer service software and systems
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in an accountability-based culture
  • Experience working in a team environment and providing support to colleagues
  • Ability to provide training and coaching to customers on arenaflex programs and web tools
