Responsibilities

As a Chat & Email Support Representative (Live Chat Specialist), you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to client inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assisting clients with questions related to listings, property details, appointments, and general company information.
  • Providing accurate information, resolving issues, or escalating complex concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Maintaining detailed and organized records of customer interactions in our database.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
  • Upholding company standards of service and confidentiality always.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
