Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the front line of communication for our global customers, providing responsive, empathetic, and technically accurate support via email, chat, and occasional video calls. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted on, driving continuous improvement of our customer experience. Your expertise in both Spanish and English will enable you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base, while your technical acumen will allow you to navigate complex issues related to our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and occasional video calls, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Troubleshoot and guide users through technical issues related to the arenaflex dashboard, SDKs, APIs, and integrations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our technical team to escalate bugs or feature requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation for internal processes and customer knowledge bases, ensuring easy access to critical information
  • Translate key support documents and responses between Spanish and English as needed, promoting consistency and accuracy
  • Monitor customer queries and maintain SLAs, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to continuously improve the customer experience, incorporating customer feedback and insights

Essential Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers

  • Based in Mexico or a similar timezone for optimal overlap with our global customer base, ensuring timely support and response
  • Tech-savvy with experience navigating APIs, SDKs, and developer documentation, preferably in a SaaS or developer tools environment
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset, prioritizing empathy and understanding in every interaction
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective support

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer support, ideally for a B2B SaaS or fintech company, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, streamlining support processes and improving efficiency
  • Familiarity with compliance or identity verification platforms, enhancing your understanding of our industry and capabilities
  • Basic troubleshooting skills with tools like Postman, browser dev tools, etc., allowing you to effectively resolve complex technical issues
