What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be expected to:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry
  • Work securely with customers' sensitive information
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

To excel as a Customer Support Consultant, you will need:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry is a must
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
