Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
- Achieving individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
