A Typical Day as a Data Entry Experienced Associate
As a Data Entry Experienced Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:
- Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns
- Verifying data and information using a verification process
- Addressing customers' questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills
- Documenting both customer concerns and solutions
- Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics
- Keeping your community safe and making a difference
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual who:
- Has the ability to handle stressful customer interactions
- Has one year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience
- Has strong computer skills with dual monitor experience preferred
- Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Is able to handle/process high call volumes, at times while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance with business needs
- Is able to work from home with internet in a quiet area
- Has their computer connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi
