Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, providing prompt and courteous assistance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, and your role will be critical in shaping their experience with arenaflex.

Contract Length and Rate

* Contract length: No fixed term, with opportunities for extension and career growth.

  • Rate: $35 per hour, competitive and reflective of your skills and experience.

Skills and Background

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

  • Ability to work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions.
  • Have 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Reliable internet connection, with a stable and fast connection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools.

Hours and Location

* Hours per week: 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.

  • Location: Remote work online, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
