Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow QA Analyst to join our team on a 6-12 months contract basis. As a ServiceNow QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow platform through rigorous testing, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using relevant tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow platform

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer success, to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of our ServiceNow platform
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of quality and reliability
  • Participate in regular testing and quality assurance activities, including sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to ensure transparency and accountability

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Developer, are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing tools, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
