Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Remote Virtual Assistant – E-commerce Data Entry & Store Setup Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Upload and Optimize Initial Product Listings:

+ Upload high-quality product images and descriptions to the online store + Optimize product titles, descriptions, and SEO tags for maximum visibility and search engine ranking + Ensure accurate and consistent product information across all platforms

Configure Store Branding:

+ Set up store logos, colors, and layouts to reflect the brand's identity + Customize store templates and themes to create a unique and engaging shopping experience + Ensure consistent branding across all online platforms

Set Up Store Policies:

+ Configure shipping, returns, and contact information policies + Develop and implement store policies that align with arenaflex's values and mission + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Coordinate Tasks and Provide Updates:

+ Use collaborative tools like Google Docs or Trello to coordinate tasks and provide updates + Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution + Provide regular progress updates and ensure timely completion of tasks
