Key Responsibilities

As a Consistency and Connection Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and networking with people on LinkedIn, leveraging your own account to build relationships and establish arenaflex as a trusted partner
  • Pre-screening potential clients for our writing training organization in New York City, using your exceptional communication skills to understand their needs and provide valuable insights
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
