Responsibilities:

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
