Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting with benefit questions, and providing accurate resolutions to customer issues. You'll also update customer records, document all interactions, and deliver exceptional service with patience and professionalism. Duration and Schedule
