Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Learning our proprietary scripted dialogue delivery process to schedule attorneys for hearings
• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
