Position Summary

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for website visitors, helping to answer questions, provide information about vehicles and services, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into leads. This role is key to ensuring our online guests receive the same top-notch service as those who visit us in person. You'll be working in a dynamic remote environment, collaborating with our sales and service teams to ensure consistent and timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in real-time through our website and social media channels, providing accurate and timely information about vehicle inventory, financing options, service availability, and dealership promotions.

  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and test drives, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the appropriate departments (sales or service), helping to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and prompt communication at all times, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our customers.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure consistent and timely customer support, providing a unified and exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay informed on current vehicle models, services, and dealership offers, ensuring you're always up-to-date on the latest information and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or administrative support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, chat platforms, and basic office software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required – we're looking for individuals with a passion for the industry and a desire to learn and grow.
