Job Summary

As an Airline Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be a key point of contact for our passengers, ensuring a smooth and positive travel journey. You will handle inquiries, assist with ticketing and reservations, manage baggage needs, and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service across various touchpoints, including virtual interactions

  • Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades
  • Manage baggage check-in, tagging, and loading processes, adhering to safety regulations
  • Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time departures
  • Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced situations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in handling passenger information
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus

Skills & Abilities

* Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

  • Familiarity with airport operations and procedures
  • Understanding of airline policies and regulations
  • Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 pounds
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous

Working Hours

Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules.
