Role Description

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Interpreting and entering prescription orders: You will accurately and efficiently enter prescription orders into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems, ensuring that every detail is correct and up-to-date.
• Profile-only data entry: You will enter profile-only data, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and accurate.
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service: You will provide exceptional support to our community and resident partners via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries.
• Checking emails and messages: You will regularly check emails and messages to pharmacy and respond promptly and professionally.
• Investigating and solving community and/or resident issues: You will investigate and resolve issues related to medication management, ensuring that our partners receive the best possible care.
• Adjudicating insurance claims: You will accurately and efficiently adjudicate insurance claims, ensuring that our partners receive the reimbursement they deserve.
• Leads by example: You will embody our core values and behavior standard, setting an example for your colleagues and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Attends required company meetings: You will attend required company meetings, staying informed about company updates and initiatives.
• Completes all required courses: You will complete all required courses in adherence with our PRS compliance system, ensuring that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your job duties.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will need:

• Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management: You will have a proven track record of accurately and efficiently entering data in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent: You will have a solid educational foundation, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois: You will be certified and licensed as a pharmacy technician in Illinois, with a strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and procedures.
• FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus: You will have experience working with FrameworkLTC and/or DocuTrack pharmacy systems, or be willing to learn.
• Timely and accurate data entry skills: You will be able to accurately and efficiently enter data, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You will be able to communicate effectively with our community and resident partners, as well as with your colleagues.
• Professional demeanor and appearance: You will present yourself in a professional manner, with excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail: You will be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and work under deadlines: You will be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage your workload.
