Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Entering data into our CRM system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)

  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data entry software (Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
