Key Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Entering data into our CRM system with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality customer service
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
