The Role

As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reassuring voice that greets our customers when they call at night. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting clients, and dispatching available technicians to complete jobs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a hybrid role, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home some of the time, while also working from our office in Peoria, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner

• Dispatch available technicians to complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service to our clients
• Provide support to our clients during non-business hours, including evenings and weekends
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

* 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
