What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class support to our clients and advocates via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning the arenaflex systems, tools, and technology to provide exceptional support
• Using the resources we supply to deliver world-class customer service
• Gathering and tracking feedback to help us improve our customer experience and platform
• Building strong relationships with our clients and advocates, helping them feel heard and understood
• Resolving client and advocate inquiries to their complete satisfaction via phone, email, and chat
• Taking action based on feedback by reporting issues and sharing detailed notes

What We Offer

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $45,000, plus equity. This is a remote position, and applicants must be based in the United States.
