Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Specialist & AI Trainer to join our team. As an AI Trainer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-powered support by training our advanced language models on real-world customer scenarios. You'll work closely with our team to develop and refine our AI models, ensuring they can accurately and professionally handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

* Converse with our AI model on realistic support scenarios and customer engagement tasks

  • Verify accuracy and professionalism of AI responses
  • Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
  • Develop and refine our AI models to handle complex customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for model refinement
  • Document and analyze model performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI-powered customer support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or associate degree in business, communications, or a related field

  • Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk platforms, or support QA
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, conflict de-escalation, call center operations, and support ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with AI-powered customer support platforms and tools

  • Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel communication and customer engagement strategies

Compensation and Benefits

As a contractor, you'll be paid on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $6 to $65 per hour, depending on your experience, expertise, and geographic location. You'll be responsible for providing your own computer and high-speed internet connection. We do not offer company-sponsored benefits, such as health insurance and PTO, as a contractor.
