Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading documents weekly to electronic files and hard copies, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Maintaining training files, online data, and hard copies, ensuring that all information is accurate and easily retrievable.
  • Creating and uploading new candidate personnel files into our system, ensuring that all data is complete and accurate.
  • Maintaining updated status for inactive employees and returning employees from leave, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assisting in providing electronic file, administration, and training to new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Performing weekly audits (electronic files/hard copies) to ensure that data remains at 100%, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

+ 2 years of previous data entry experience + High School Diploma + Attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate Degree or higher + Experience working in a fast-paced environment + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
