Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center TS2

What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat, providing problem resolution and product information in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
- Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when necessary
- Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
- Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
- Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite within the last 18 months
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work on camera during work hours
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry systems and applications
- Ability to learn and apply arenaflex's policies and procedures
Desired Skills and Capabilities
* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes
- Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
- Has little or no role in decision-making
