Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and drive sales on products and services that will keep them happy and connected. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that exceed customers' expectations

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Drive sales on products and services that meet customers' needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one or more years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of Washington
• Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A is a plus
• Interest in learning new technologies and promoting products and services is a plus

Work Environment

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work from the comfort of your own home office with occasional in-person meetings and training. We provide a monthly monetary stipend for internet service, computer equipment, and desk and chair options after successful completion of training. You'll need to provide internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum. Wireless connections, satellite, or DSL are not acceptable.
