Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide enthusiastic and empathetic customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Handle escalated issues with professionalism and dedication, working closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support, ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Utilize multiple software programs to manage customer interactions, maintaining accurate and efficient communication.
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Develop and implement proactive follow-up strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations, ensuring consistency and quality in all interactions.

+ Ability to listen actively, empathize with clients, and understand their concerns. + Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams. + Demonstrable conflict resolution and negotiating skills to address complex issues. + Ability to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.

+ Take ownership of issues, striving for one-call resolution and timely resolution. + Ability to make quick and accurate judgments and decisions. + Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. + Action-oriented and self-disciplined to drive results. + Organized and detail-oriented to maintain accuracy and quality.

Technology:

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Excellent data entry and documentation skills to maintain accurate records. + Ability to quickly learn and understand new programs and technology. + Quickly develop a strong knowledge of payments products and services. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
