Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Telephone Support: Provide professional, caring, and responsive support to customers via phone, ensuring that their questions are answered completely and their issues are resolved efficiently. Log all interactions in our ticketing system, including information and resolution achieved.
- E-mail & Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions. Properly enter customer information and resolution in our ticketing system.
- Skill Improvement: Continuously develop your cognitive and customer service skills to excel in your role. Stay up-to-date with supported products, demonstrate problem-solving ability, and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communication: Share feedback, trends, and solutions with your supervisor or department manager to drive continuous improvement.
- Support Coworkers: Provide procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Client Relationships: Foster positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Departmental Productivity: Maintain high productivity standards while ensuring accuracy in our ticketing system.

Required Education
