Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Digital Savings Team as a Live Chat Casual Worker. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Live Chat functionality, identifying areas for process improvement, and supporting vulnerable clients. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service, have a knack for problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Live Chat agent: Using Live Chat functionality, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects during the onboarding journey, answering questions, and helping to solve issues; clients with servicing needs; and clients who have questions, queries, complaints, or compliments.

  • Identifying clients who are in vulnerable situations and helping to figure out how we can support them.
  • Proactively spotting patterns in the frustrations or needs of our clients, identifying where we can update our processes, tools, or products to improve client experience.
  • Identify and log client complaints ensuring that clients are treated fairly and can share their thoughts and concerns.

Essential Qualifications

* Regulatory Knowledge as applicable to the role.

  • Ability to act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating customers fairly.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience dealing directly with clients and maintaining client relationships within a service or sales environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Previous experience in a Live Chat/Customer Service role.
  • Friendly and client-focused.
