Job Summary

As a Director, Customer Marketing and Growth Strategy, you'll lead the development and implementation of total beverage marketing strategies that drive value, build brand love, and increase beverage incidence and profitability for our key SPOP customers. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to drive the partnership and business, and champion for both customer and arenaflex imperatives internally and externally. Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution

+ Lead the development and implementation of total beverage marketing strategies that drive value, build brand love, and increase beverage incidence and profitability for our key SPOP customers. + Construct and deliver annual marketing calendars that shape and contribute to the customer's long-term planning process. + Conduct customer marketing stewardship reviews and seek out national marketing initiatives, brand ideas, and consumer insights to support customer strategies.

Partnerships

+ Develop long-term customer partnerships with ownership of senior-level marketing relationships. + Champion for both customer and arenaflex imperatives internally and externally to deliver on our Growth Promise in all areas. + Closely partner with sales and operations cross-functional teams to drive the partnership and business.

Insights

+ Present "What" (consumer and industry insights that put things into context), "So What" (what it means to the customer brand and category), and "Now What" (recommendations in how to apply to the customer's business) to deliver persuasive selling stories. + Identify and leverage customer-specific and channel marketing opportunities through prioritizing and capitalizing on channel, customer, and shopper insights and linking to brand strategy. + Provide customer business and opportunity assessments, including competitive analysis and recommendations for future expansion and market integration.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education.

Experience

+ 5-10 years of business development experience in a consumer-packaged goods company, agency, or foodservice operator, preferably in both customer management and marketing roles or equivalent marketing leadership experience within the industry.

Skills

+ Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret consumer behavior, brand strategies, channel, and customer needs while turning this knowledge into action and results. + Advanced strategic thinking and application. + Insights/inspiration to action. + Category innovation. + Digital ecosystem. + CBP/long-range indispensable value. + Effective storytelling. + Agency management. + Media planning (preferred but not required).

Personal Qualities

+ Demonstrated personal leadership skills and ability to influence.

Location and Travel

* Location: Remote in the US, with a preference for the Central and East regions.

  • Travel: Approximately 25-50% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $153,000 - $175,000 (base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).

  • Benefits: A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position.
  • Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30 (annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role).
