Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
- Determining customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
- Planning and arranging event packages
- Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18+ years old
- USA and Mexico residents preferred
- Computer or smartphone required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
