Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You'll also establish client relationships, provide prompt and accurate support, and maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support (support can include responding to inquiries)
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Sell, solicit, service, and negotiate insurance plans based on the needs of your assigned or prospective customers' portfolio

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in insurance, banking, or other related financial settings

  • Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable and motivated

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of sales experience

  • Insurance experience (2+ years)
  • Financial services experience
  • Life & Health license
  • Sales experience
