Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews to provide valuable insights and feedback on various products and services
- Engaging with our team to discuss and share your opinions on a range of topics, including child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide detailed feedback on the products and services you've used
- Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
- Providing honest and constructive feedback on the products and services you've used
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
- The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Experience
While experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who are comfortable working independently and can effectively communicate their thoughts and opinions. If you're a self-motivated individual who is passionate about providing valuable feedback, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation
