Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, resolving complex customer inquiries and escalating issues to internal teams as needed

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement, including product development, marketing, and sales teams
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving business decisions and process enhancements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer inquiries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Experience with CRM software, data analysis tools, and project management methodologies
  • Certification in customer support, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
