Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and travel agent partners via phone. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and travel agent partners via phone
- Answer customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
