[Remote] Customer Success Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, focused on delivering meaningful outcomes with business analytics, AI/ML, and Gen AI. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will enhance user adoption and satisfaction through technical programming, onboarding, and strategic advisory, while collaborating with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help define the role, building programs and automations for repeatable, scalable use across AMER
  • Develop and A/B test enablement programs to identify the most effective ways to drive user adoption and satisfaction at scale
  • Execute demonstrations of new product features and conduct hands-on workshops in collaboration with Sales Engineers
  • Focus on onboarding and increasing user retention by educating customers on best practices within the Dataiku platform
  • Establish regular touchpoints to advise users on applying Dataiku to their specific business needs and use cases
  • Execute programs to create self-sustaining enablement and "communities of practice" within customer accounts, capture and document client use cases and stories to share the impact of their work
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities that drive additional value

Skills

  • 0-1 years in sales engineering, technical consulting, or data science roles with a track record of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and work with urgency to define a new segment's success
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both no-code and high-code users
  • A knack for engaging with all levels of customer teams, from individual contributors to leadership
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the AMER region
  • Hands-on experience with data storage and computing infrastructure (SQL, Kubernetes, etc.) and proficiency with Python, R, or SQL
  • Dataiku Advanced Designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, or Databricks Business Analyst certifications
  • Experience building and operating communities of practice or scalable post-sales programs
  • A never-ending desire to learn new solutions and translate features into business value
