Job Summary

As a Customer Service Coach, you'll be responsible for providing guidance, support, and feedback to our customer service representatives to help them improve their skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement coaching strategies that drive results, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance

  • Develop and implement coaching strategies to drive results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to provide guidance and support
  • Analyze customer feedback and use it to inform coaching strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team members to build trust and credibility
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service coaching
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance coaching skills

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven coaching and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with customer service software and technology

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in coaching or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Coach)
  • Experience with coaching tools and technologies (e.g., video conferencing software)
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
