What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Consultant - Work from Home, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with Inbound Customers: Engage with customers online and over the phone to understand their car purchasing needs and preferences.
  • Guiding Customers to the Right Vehicle: Help customers find the perfect vehicle from our inventory, ensuring it meets their requirements and exceeds their expectations.
  • Assisting Customers throughout the Car Buying Journey: Support customers from online sales to financing and delivery arrangements, ensuring a seamless transition and a superior customer service experience.
  • Ensuring a Seamless Transition from Online to In-Store Purchasing: Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Mentoring Other Team Members: Share your expertise and mentor other team members as your skillset expands, contributing to the growth and development of our team.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Preferably in retail, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Sales Environment: Demonstrate your ability to work in a dynamic sales environment, handling multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong Listening Skills and Customer Focus: Show a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and preferences, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • High Level of Self-Motivation: Demonstrate your ability to set and achieve performance goals, working independently and as part of a team.

  • Open Availability: Be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Location: Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not essential, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • 0-2 Years of Experience in Sales or Customer Service: If you have experience in the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you.
